did u speak to the retention people? I recently upgraded, well actually I went to cancel, I told them that. He offered me a reduction. I then asked for things like case, memory cards, bluetooth headset. Just go thru the list.
If you dont ask you dont get. I managed to get memory card and bluetooth headset
I guess it also depends on who you speak to.:hello:

Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.0 -
Hi I spoke to the retention team and they just told me they could do £25 per month and free phone for 200mins + 200 text and so I sent them a request for pac code but looking for better deal this happened last year and had to play hard ball thanks0

Thats a pity. For the bargain deals, they tend to be cashbacks so might be tricky to get hold of something.
They have similar deals but its like 6 months only http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/monthlyplan
Otherwise, if u try another day and speak with them, try a different approach
or find a deal on another operator and see if they can price match
I tried it with by comparing it with Virgin. I have £10 a month 300mins/300text on Virgin for cable customers. But Vodafone say they cannot compete with that.
But worth a try:hello:
