More than one Barclaycard

I recently got accepted for a Low Rate card, and already have the Amex combo.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to transfer my balance (part of a 0% offer) from the Amex to the new card. I want to do this to avoid paying interest on purchases.
Also, would Barclaycard consider lowering the APR on my Amex in line with the new card?
