Virgin Media Customers - Check your Bill

Options
I signed up with Virgin Media in July 2013, which offered a 9 months promotional credit for the package I took which was £24 credit per month. After manually looking through my bill I found that they were listing the promotional offer but not actually refunding me for it. My last bill that was correct was november, and it looked like this:

After november, my bill jumped £24 and then looked like this (notice it is missing the credit even though the promotional offer is listed)

I rang them and they corrected it straight away on my account and refunded me the amount.

If you've had this offer it may well be worth checking your bill to see if the promotional offer is on there but not actually applying.

Are you kidding me? Absolutely not. I have the Virgin TV Package and Broadband Package and there are two separate forums so I posted two threads. I also replied to both threads that you posted in, which I find amusing as you are guilty of exactly what you excused me of.

Have you even bothered to look through my post history which clearly shows I am no spammer by any way, shape or form? Most of my time on these forums are spent assisting people. Users like you are ruining these forums in general with poisonous attacks against people posting either legitimate questions or threads.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

I can't see how it could be spam? I have a few promotional credits on my account and like the OP, one month they had incorrectly misapplied the offer so I was paying more.
