Early Upgrade Advice - o2

Hi,

I've been offered an early upgrade on my online 100 o2 tarrif. Gives me 100 anytime/network mins and 500 texts for £25.

They have offered me rubbish phones of course.

This is what I want

250 mins 250 texts
Nokia 7270 (they offer it free to new contracts)
No change in price.

Any ideas how I can bargain for the tarrif and phone I want?

Any other providers that can give me what i want?

Simple, say you will pay off the contract and goto another network if they don't atleast meet you half way or give you what you want.

You gotta get hard on them or they wont budge.

A New customer on O2 can get the phone for £19.99 with 200 minutes xnet and 500 texts a month for £30 per month.

You should atleast get the price plan even if they wont give you the phone.

I've just got 2 upgrades in the last month for my sons. They were on the offpeak 300 tarrif. I managed to get them both onto 100XNet minutes + 500 texts for £20 month. I also managed to get a Sony s700i and a Motorola V635 both upgraded for free. I used the 3 offers as a lever, but on each occasion the call handler needed to ok it with a supervisor.
