Anyone any ideas?
Hi sorry if this maybe the wrong place to post this but the only place i could think of.
I have had my mobile number for 5 years and until 1 week ago i have never ever had an unsolicited phone calls. Within the last week i have had a total of 42 calls from PPI, life insurance, ambulance chase firms etc....I've never had these calls because i have never given my number out to anyone that does'nt need it...only family, friends, hospital and doctors this is the complete list.
. I don't do surveys etc and even if i did i would give my landline out..as i never plug it in anymore as i unplugged it due to these afore mention pratts rigning day and night....i'm totally baffled how all of a sudden i have started getting these calls..i can't stress how careful i am about giving my mobile number out...
Has anyone any ideas how on earth they have now got my number?
The only good thing is my contract is up in 2 weeks so am going to change my number.

Probably some of your data was sold by a company who had your mobile phone number on file.0
