    40p off alpro
    50p off cushelle
    £1 off udis bagels
    25p off Ts milk
    50p off nakd snack bars

As well as the coupons on the main page there's 40p off lotus biscuits on P33 and another 25p off Ts milk on P97

I wonder if you would be able to use both milk coupons at the same time?:):):)

Don't worry big guy, this apg was an instore one from 2 weeks ago. If I get asked for any detail by HO I just won't bother and I'll let it slide.

TBO, just after a bit of compo for the hassle and being made to feel like a criminal by a couple of trouts who didn't seem to know their own system. I will probably go back in later today and spend the voucher with a different sa.;)
Never worried, I know you just flirt with them anyway, and draw their eyes down to your ample booblies :D

afternoon all had the worst experience ever in morrys at the weekend had bought something for my DD1 and some shopping for my mil so was going through reciepts working out who owed what. noticed that the air fresheners where twice as much as id read on the label and the bleach i read was on offer wasnt meaning id been overcharged by £6.30
went back told customer service lady told us to wait and came back with labels and said id got the wrong bleach and if id read the label properly id have known that when i said it wasnt my fault that the labels were placed in front of the wrong sized item she said customers move labels to try and get them cheaper! i said i hoped she wasnt implying id moved it she rang the manager and said to him a lady was complaining shed been over charged but the labels had been moved a gave me a look. manager actually must have said i could have the refund on that so she then moved on to the air freshners she said that label was wrong but it was obvious that i could read as id managed to get the right product that time. looking at the receipt she then noticed id used a £5 off coupon so said i wasnt entitled to the full refund as i hadnt spent enough, i said that wasnt fair as it wasnt my fault so she said the only way she would give my the full reufnd was if i spent another £4 to get over the £40. i did that more on principle than anything else.
even another shopper in the queue said how rude she had been and the customer service sign wasnt really appropriate for how i was dealt with.
morrys dont have an email so ive filled in one of their comments forms but doubt if ill hear anything back.
really manners dont cost anything, i wasnt rude to her so she had no need to be so snipey back. it was bad enough being accused of swapping the labels round but the way she implied i was too stupid to read a label properly - it will be a while before i feel comfy in a morrys store again.

hope all are well in here

Leave a message on their facebook page - this is what I did when I had a run of bad service at our Morrisons I got a reply very quickly and then a phone call from the manager and I got a gift card.
Another time I was getting cat food and the SEL was incorrect, fortunately noticed before I left the store so I got a refund.
Again I complained via their facebook page - I'd taken a photo of the cat food and the offending SEL. Again I got a phone call and I got one box free which was worth about £4 and they ordered the correct cat food which was on the special reduced price so I just went and collected the 20 boxes and paid for them at customer service.
( this was when they were changing packaging and the old style went to £2 but the new style boxes were also on the shelves :)

    Grrr at the trout

On the 'Contact Us' button on their website, there are a couple of phone numbers at the bottom and the 'contact us' bit has a 'Service' or 'Store' options in the drop down box. They're 0845 numbers though.

    thanks Arthien
yes that was the form, it was just that i did it this morning and still havent had the automated reply email it said i would get but i did get a thank for commenting pop up so ill assume they got it. it took a while to find the form as loads of their pages seemed broken. i had tried ringing but got through to the wrong dept who put me through to customer service but the recorded message said they were closed even although id rang during the times the message stated they were open.
she was quite young and it was early in the day so i cant excuse her on grounds of it being the end of a long shift or shes been doing the job too long. i just dont think rudeness could be justified. ill let you know if i get a reply from them.

thanks for that as well mhoc, i dont have a facebook account, if i dont hear back from them re the message i left ill pobs ask my DD to fb them for me.

tweets i did try ringing this morning before i did the contact us form but it said the lines were closed, i rang at about 10.45 and it clearly said on the message lines were open from i think it was 9am after the message it just went dead with no option to leave a message
