    Good Afternoon to you all

I have read back and I am unclear with the Egg glitch do I buy in multiples of 2 or is it 3 (with one not showing on the receipt that is the trigger)
Sorry to be having a senior moment but I can't get my head around it!!!
    Thanks in advance :)

Also how much do the eggs work out each?

Buy in 3s one from the confirmed list and one or two of the yorkie or KitKat will cost £10 APG back £6.40 buy vs Ts works out £1.20 eaçh

afternoon all had the worst experience ever in morrys at the weekend had bought something for my DD1 and some shopping for my mil so was going through reciepts working out who owed what. noticed that the air fresheners where twice as much as id read on the label and the bleach i read was on offer wasnt meaning id been overcharged by £6.30
went back told customer service lady told us to wait and came back with labels and said id got the wrong bleach and if id read the label properly id have known that when i said it wasnt my fault that the labels were placed in front of the wrong sized item she said customers move labels to try and get them cheaper! i said i hoped she wasnt implying id moved it she rang the manager and said to him a lady was complaining shed been over charged but the labels had been moved a gave me a look. manager actually must have said i could have the refund on that so she then moved on to the air freshners she said that label was wrong but it was obvious that i could read as id managed to get the right product that time. looking at the receipt she then noticed id used a £5 off coupon so said i wasnt entitled to the full refund as i hadnt spent enough, i said that wasnt fair as it wasnt my fault so she said the only way she would give my the full reufnd was if i spent another £4 to get over the £40. i did that more on principle than anything else.
even another shopper in the queue said how rude she had been and the customer service sign wasnt really appropriate for how i was dealt with.
morrys dont have an email so ive filled in one of their comments forms but doubt if ill hear anything back.
really manners dont cost anything, i wasnt rude to her so she had no need to be so snipey back. it was bad enough being accused of swapping the labels round but the way she implied i was too stupid to read a label properly - it will be a while before i feel comfy in a morrys store again.

hope all are well in here

It's funny how small the world can be sometimes. My dad has lived in his current house for 8 years and whilst he has spoken to the neighbours only found out yesterday, that the lady next door used to live in the same area as dad (a few streets away) growing up, and her mum taught him biology at school.:)

We moved to a short cul-de-sac which had about 40 houses on it. After we moved out I bumped into a former workmate and it turned out she'd lived just a few houses away from us on the same road all the time we'd been living there but we'd never bumped into them.

We must all be walking around with our eyes shut half the time!;)

Mrs M-P, did you use this online form? http://your.morrisons.com/Help-and-information/Contact-Us/

They're usually sent direct to an email address, so you should get an answer, but otherwise I'd use the info below and either call or write to complain. Personally I'd call while it's still fresh in your memory.

I think it's ironic how many CS staff seem to generally hate customers. I'm not sure whether it's a personally trait they look for when hiring or whether it's acquired by doing the job too long!

    Mr Muscle kitchen cleaner

So I emailed them on Saturday
and asked what the difference was if any apart from concentration and price of these 2 products and what dilution rate I should use.

    Their reply this morning :T

There is a big difference between the two products.
First off all Mr. Muscle Kitchen (trigger version) is a product manufactured for home use whereas the second product as you can see is for professional use i.e. food preparation areas, meat cutting areas etc. Area that you will find in Hotels and restruants etc.

As for dilution of the concentrated product you are to use 200ml of the product in 8 litres of water.

So B&Q 5l for £3 and diluted is 200l worth :D if you prepare food and cut meat in your kitchen ;)
