Morning folks
I often wake up around this time and can't get back to sleep. I don't know if if it's normal or if this is just me but I find that if I'm awake early morning I lay there mulling over things that have been said or done that have upset me and getting angry about them. Also recent events can trigger similar memories from the past, I always seem to think about bad stuff when I can't sleepI really hate this time of night. Can't sleep and my mind goes into overdrive. I don't even have anything important to worry about in the grand scheme of things :cool: Going to give it another half an hour and if I'm still awake admit defeat and go down for a cuppa 0 -
