Have tried protein pancakes in the past but they don't taste too good.
I'm having a bit of a fit at the ingredients too...I love pancakes and can eat them all day and all night but my "current diet choices" kinda prohibit me from taking partI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Correct
I think Frequent is correct. There is no element of gambling because the outcome is known - you can/ will get your money back. Yes it will be eroded by inflation but you already know that will happen, so again not gambling.

Good morning all, lovely blue sky and crisp frost here this morning, this is how it SHOULD have been for the winter!Westvleteren wrote: »Danio are going to introduce 3 new flavours: Mango, honey and plain :undecided
Ordered new shoes - almost as painful as Enterprise 1701C and her freezer but at least I haven't dithered and have placed an orderWon't get them till later this month as they are on pre order.
Hope to track down some blackberries today.....
Cheeky:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I have got it down to two different ones I think, erring on the side of one. I will almost certainly order around 14th/15th as I want to get into my local John Lewis first to make see if they have the one I want, or a suitable one, in a shop soiled state. If they don't I will order there and then if they give me some incentive, or go home and order online to make use of the DSRs (just in case).
Can't imagine your shoes lasted you 20 years (age of my current freezer) - or did theyWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Good morning wacky I am having my pancakes for brekkie with fresh lemons.Bit worried about quoting the good morning post as the dog has a wagging tail:rotfl::rotfl:
Nanny, I too am a bit confused by what is classed as a flashing image and what is a moving image.
Both my happy birthday images that I posted yesterday, were removed , but I thought I had made sure they didn't flash, infact one of them moved less than this smiley :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:and certainly less than Zippy's avatar!!
Any help on this Redfox?

I have just had a minor success with Scottish Power.
1stly I've learned that the best time to ring them was at exactly 8 in the morning and then you stand a good chance of getting through to a human either straight away or without a huge delay.
We switched from Eon in mid Feb and I've been taking metre readings daily to monitor it but on their website page the 2 readings day and night are transposed. Ive rung a few times about this but this morning I got a lady who understood what is going on. It seems that their system does not show what mine does and on theirs the readings are the right way around.
So we also discussed the direct debit problem - I used simply switch and agreed on £86 but when we got the final paperwork it showed as £105 a month :mad:
Ive been doing daily readings since the switch and there are no wild fluctuations. I use on average 10 during the day and 30 at night. So the girl said that as I was about £30 in credit I could pay as low as £83 a month but we settled on £90 so I would build up some credit for when Son number one comes home at the end of April and starts having 3 showers a day, watching endless films and playing x box for hours on end etc :T
As always if you don't get the result you want on the first phone call you just have to keep ringing until you find a sympathetic ear“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
