Good morning everyone. Loved the old glitch reminders. I found this thread on Tesco DTD days, but only managed a couple of weeks of it. I remember free wine and cheap Baileys as well as endless Betty Crockers and tinned salmon. Me & OH were going out to several shops and doing several shops in each twice a day once the vouchers came through. Still using the fray bentos pies (out of date but taste fine) & have loads salmon still in date left as DD has gone off it & OH haves it. Also have HE shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste left from it as well as enough out of date cheap paracetamol & ibroprofin to last years.
Also remember the glitch on Cava. 2 offers overlapped for a couple of days. It was originally £10 bottle with 250 points per bottle but they reduced it to half price & left the points on. You could double up points up to pay and it was in the MOC days when you could used 1 of each without buying the product. I ended up with about 50 bottles, paid with points & MOCs and got more points back than I started with.0 -
Not really a glitch but I also remember the MrT cars MOCs. Still have years worth of fabric softener and febreze free from those.
Also the £2 Finish MOC that was from Lakeland where you could get 10 packs of Finish with them free.
& also the H&B MOC's and Quit packs that gave you free toiletries with loads of points when combined well. I was on Paid to Shop in those days & we had a great swaps page. Some people on here were probably members as well.
The good old days - I am getting old. I sound like my mother!0 -
