:eek: And I bet he paid some fantastic price on them ('fantastic' in the sense of in the realm of fantasy, i.e. ridiculous full price, rather than any bargain). Most people don't know how to buy things the way we do and don't realise the significance (like the SA who scanned my shopping but failed to scan my 8th item (as it was APG) - transaction done - they then wanted to put the one item through separately - no, I'll cancel the whole lot thanks). Don't ever leave others to do the shopping - they will always mess it up:(.0 -
Just having a nosey on Msm and A - currently 136 in 3 for £10 on Msm and 164 on A.com, so 32 potential new triggers (or Msm just updating!).

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It's things like that that I like. The oddities as well, like when seemingly totally unrelated items cause a random reduction on the price of something else - I just find it quite amusing:rotfl::D. My favourite is the mop head refills triggering something strange that reduces the price of the dog food to a few pence:rotfl::rotfl: or is that one just a legend? You could never make it up!:rotfl::D:T

Sadly that was 'before my time'. Or, rather, it was in between my times, as I was doing DTD price check but didn't get into real glitching on A until afterwards:(. One thing's sure - if it happened today, I'd [thanks Aau1:D]* be having a ball. I'd have to book a couple of weeks off work or something:D.

I agree - it's gotta be cleanly and expertly done: bigger, better, nicer and less public:T.

How did you miss that savvy? :eek:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
We've been doing a bit of reminscining today, so how about this current offer:
Princes Wild Pink Salmon (213g)
T £2.69 vs A £1.25
Shame they don't go DTD on the price check anymore!:rotfl: I remember they were paying us to take them away (minus 9p or something?). The Campbell's packs of cup soup (5 pack in those days, not like now - 4 pack:eek::() - also became a favourite in our house (-19p?). The lamb rack and the 'free' Persil Mighty and nearly free 50 wash Surf washing powders! Those were happy days!:D
Best I can offer now is the Princes Salmon 'may help someone with cond.spends in T':(. Possibly.0
