Let's try to work through Ikea's mystical labelling.
E stands for Edison screw - as in you need a screw in bulb, not the twist in one with the pins.
The 14 and 27 refer to the size. 27 will be the size of the bulbs in your ceilings. Is that the size of the fitting on this lamp? As above, it can't be both!
Oh right, so there are 2 fittings on this lamp for 2 different types of bulb?! You said OR in your original post not AND. 2 bulbs it is then, and they're both common fittings...
Sadly from what I gather, Ikea lighting only fits Ikea bulbs.
Nonsense - they use standard bulb sizes. E14 and E27, along with the various other bulbs they sell are also available elsewhere (toolstation, B&Q, homebase, supermarkets and online).
Incidently, I saw a notice in Ikea last week saying that they will only be selling LED bulbs soon. To be fair, their LED bulbs are a reasonable price considering that a) they use less electricity that halogens and b) they last for years. Having said that, I haverecently changed over and bought what was charted as halogen equivilants ie 4w LED equals 40w halogen. Believe me, the 4w LED is not as bright as the 40w halogen. I'll get used to them eventually because they do use much less fuel.
