Snow and Rock have a size small they are selling in their e-bay shop in addition to the XL they have on their website. Both on sale for £231.00

If you were talking about replacing a pair of Jimmy Choos or similar I would probably go all out to help. Sorry, but waterproof jackets aren't my 'thing'.
  • You've been offered a full refund for a jacket which is several years old. Great result.

2 in stock for £264 (if you're not fussy about the colour).

  • Surely the manufacturer should take the blame and they are the ones to replace it.

If you are incapable of understanding the Law on this subject please don't waste other people's time !
  • No but another supplier does. Surely the manufacturer should take the blame and they are the ones to replace it.

You bought the coat from the retailer, not the manufacturer. If the coat is under warranty then the manufacturer have to honour that, but warranties are in addition to your statutory rights and come with terms and conditions.

Your contract is with the retailer though, and your rights come from The Sale of Goods Act. A full refund after several years of use is well beyond what you are entitled to under this Act and sounds like great customer service to me.

Im sorry did you waste your whole day thinking about what to post. :rotfl:
  • And for the record. I have now been offered a new Tupilak jacket when they get some in stock

Excellent customer service from Snow and Rock, always good when a retailer goes above and beyond.
