I agree. One way I save on battery is by using this app when in the car. Keeps bluetooth off and turns it on only when needed;

The only place I use bluetooth is in the car for Sat Nav apps or to stream music to my radio. It is turned off everywhere else.

With Franco kernel I can get double the battery life of stock on my N5. Really impressive.
