Upgrading Sky box

Hi all.
I noticed on the Sky website that the new WiFi boxes are being offered for free as an upgrade for existing customers
However, when I log into 'MySky' and I select the new box option; guess what? It wants me to pay!
Anyone else had a go? I tried customer 'services' who deny all knowledge: "sky.com/shop/customer-shop/box-upgrade/"
I'm an 'Entertainment+' customer so seem to fulfill the criteria.
What do you reckon folks? I'm a recently returned customer with no minimum contract...
Thanks

Its doesnt say free upgrade, it states FROM free, the 2tb boxes require a multiroom sub, and the standard + boxes state:
Free Sky+HD box offer: Upgrade to Sky+HD to get a free Sky+HD box (set-up fee may apply). Existing Sky+HD box households are not eligible for a discounted box. One free box per household. 12 month min term.
Do you already have a Sky+HD box?0 -
Ah. Good spot in the good old T's & C's.
Yes I'm a HD customer. It's the same box I got 5ish years ago when I first signed up to Sky.
So I'm scuppered then?:(0 -
why do you want one? just get a wifi adapter.0

It's just an ancient box that's clearly past it's best. We've moved the house around since and either a 20ft Ethernet cable across the skirting boards or a wireless one to view on demand. The wireless adapter is £21 and if I could get a new wireless box for nowt it'd be a bonus0

Or a pair of Homeplugs for wired connections without trailing wires.
