State Redundancy Question(TUPE)

Hi,
The company I worked for went into Liquidation two years ago but transferred us over to a new company, I was transferred under TUPE. Last month they went into Liquidation again and we were all made redundant with two hours notice.
The liquidator has sent us forms to fill out for State Redundancy (RP1) which has been sent and they have confirmed that they have recieved. I have worked there for 21 years and as said I recieved two hours notice.
Yesterday I recieved a form for more info for TUPE Employee's (RP19) They are investigating a so called transfer of business and are asking if i have been offered work, when and who by.
The company has gone for good. So I am confused.
I have not been offered work and I have actually registered for self employment and i am going to have a bash at doing things for myself.
Can anyone tell me if I just sign the form stating I have not been offered work OR do I put my own details down in the new employers section as I employ myself.
Any help appreciated.

You need to send it back stating you have not been ofered a job or started new employment. From your post it seems that you haven't actually started earning an income from self-employment yet.0
