well I'm just over the 6 months as well, last lot of cash from HL in II on Friday, hope things are ok now as couldn't really anticipate switching and taking another 6 months.

Have queried with II why no fund rebate paid in July even though various funds were showing in my trading account mid April, still awaiting a response.

Had email on Saturday re the quarterly fees and fund rebate, early October, so see what I get then.

i have received further letters from both HL and II. i want to get time to get on to them both this week, to try to get the whole thing tidied up:doh:

Also, I’d be interested to hear how others are getting on receiving their August dividends?

So far I haven’t received any… Really fuming now.:mad::mad:

I received a dividend on Monday 22nd. Sept. This one has always been received on 2nd. September in previous years.
Two more divis. due at the same time haven't been received yet.
And another dividend due at end August still hasn't been received.
These are all OEIC holdings.

Dividends from shares seem to come through a day late which I can cope with.

Anyone had any luck get getting tax reclaims for bond funds ?

Still missing 6 dividends from end of August, next week Septembers will be due! I talked to them and they said they have now got the money for all but one of my funds, and they are chasing up the last one. But off course they haven't put it into my account yet.


I emailed some guy called Tony, but I have not got any kind of relpy.

yes Shares don't use FNZ so tend to get paid within a day or two, same for Investment Trusts, it's only Funds they don't pay on time.

Ah, that explains why my husband's Investment Trust dividends are arriving on time, but not my OEIC divis.
Doesn't make me feel any better, but at least I now know why.
