I’m pleased to report that I received all four of my November dividends into my trading account between the 2nd and 4th of December, including Newton Asian Income which has consistently been very late (over a month this time last year). I hope this is a sign that II are finally getting their act together.
I wonder if others have also promptly received their dividends this month?0 -

Still no sign of Invesco Perpetual Distribution or Global Distribution....0 -
I've also received my December dividends for Newton, Artemis and JOHCM within the first few days of December, without prompting! However I'm not getting too excited, let's see what happens next quarter. CTV errors are still unresolved, conversion to 'clean units ' has not begun and fund rebate commission statements were 5 weeks overdue; with the next statement due early Jan 2016!0

Received my Dec dividends all by the 7th including Newton. Maybe things are getting better slowly?0

After 7 weeks from complaining about the omission of all fund rebates and associated tax payments on the Consolidated Tax Voucher I finally have a correct version.
What really irritates me is not that a mistake was made but that it has taken 6 secure messages and 2 or 3 phone calls to convince them there was even a problem needing addressed. At one point they even said they couldn't tell me how much tax they had deducted at source from the fund rebates because "they were not tax experts". A total lack of understanding of even what their own documentation should look like ! It really shouldn't be so much hard work to get such a simple thing sorted.
For info I now have a page 2 on CTV which shows "Schedule of Rebated Trail Commission Payments" and the totals of this are shown on the "Rebated Trail Commission Payments" line on the Totals page.
I'm afraid I didn't ask if they had fixed everyone's or whether if was just mine. But if you too had only zeros showing for rebated trail commission payments on your trading account then it might be worth a check to see if there is a new version of the CTV there now.0 -
I share your frustration. I understand from II that several aspects of their operations are outsourced to third parties, I.e. SIPP, fund rebate statements, Consolidated Tax Vouchers CTV are all outsourced to 'specialist' companies, and I think dividend reconciliations also. Although certainly not satisfactory, it does explain why several II customers service representatives at II are often 'woolly' with their answers...the truth is that have poor technical knowledge in certain fields and do not understand the inadequacies of the systems in place. Throw in the custodian service provided by FNZ into the equation and there you have II's recipe for poor service. This operational structure may explain why the platform is cheap. Unfortunately some of II's staff are not trained to know what they should expect from the third party providers and so you end up with the mess we are all experiencing!0

Received all my dividends from Youinvest on the dividend due date. Interestingly, the Daily Telegraph is flogging III but with a different charging structure: http://investor.telegraph.co.uk/pages/a/trading-charges0

I am still waiting for II to remove a tax credit paid to me in error (I have asked several times) and as for my partial transfer out of my cash ISA...
according to II they sent the request three times , the last by recorded delivery and this was the only one the other provider received.
In consequence the money will be transferred at least a month later than I would have expected...
It is difficult to know which party is to blame however, since the existing cash ISA provider claims not to have received the earlier requests.
There is still no sign of the outstanding dividends.....0 -

Interesting, obviously a 'white label' arrangement between II and the Telegraph with the extra fees shared between the Telegraph and II. I believe II have a similar arrangement with Trustnet Direct. Trustnet Direct have their own front end site and the back end is administered by II.0 -

Dividends trickling in slowly but still not received Newton Asian Income or CF Woodford Equity Income. Had messages yesterday that they are intending to convert 3 of my funds to clean class on 17th December, bet that will go smoothly.....NOT! After much to-ing and fro-ing of messages I have an almost correct CTV, except that one of my funds is still listed as Group 2 instead of Group 1 even though I pointed this out and they said they would amend it. They issued a new CTV, but it was exactly the same as the previous one and nothing had been amended! Luckily there was no equalisation payment so the actual figures were correct but still. I have messaged them about the issue again today.
As to the latest fund rebate commission statements, I have checked those today and I recommend everyone else does the same as guess what?!?! They were wrong!!! The no. of units for my holdings has remained the same since way back when, I have not traded anything and yet inexplicably for the months of June and August they have calculated the rebate on a lower no. of average units held than the no. I actually hold for EVERY SINGLE FUND!!!! Even more weirdly, for the month of July they have calculated them using the correct no. of units but then back again to lower figures for the month of August! So a message has been sent off to them this morning asking them to recalculate and pay me the extra that I should have received. It never ceases to amaze me how when you think they couldn't get any worse they always manage to pull another rabbit out of the hat of ineptitude!!! :mad:0
