To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

• PRTS Phone - call 09041 619 234 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
• SMS text – send a SMS text to 68555 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 68555 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). There is one prize consisting of:/p>

• Cash
  A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
  
  Prize Provider: ITV Consumer Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT.
• A six-night trip to Orlando for the winner and up to three companions including:
  
  • Return Monarch Airlines flights from Leeds Bradford Airport to Sanford International Airport (departing on 5 April 2014 and returning on 11 April 2014).
  • Return transfers between Sanford International Airport and the Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Florida (the “Resort”).
  • 6-nights’ accommodation from Saturday 5 April 2014 until Thursday 10 April 2014 at the Resort, on a room only basis, based on four people sharing two standard double/twin rooms. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Resort for security deposit purposes.
  This element of the prize must be taken on the dates specified. The trip is subject to availability and scheduling. Monarch Airlines Limited may in their sole discretion decide to cancel or amend the flight element of the prize if they deem such cancellation/amendment to be necessary. The Prize Providers and/or the Promoter will not be liable to the winner in the event that this element of the prize is cancelled or amended.
  
  Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Where the winner is aged under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by at least one companion who is aged 21 years or over in order to check in at the Resort.
  
  Following winner confirmation the winner and their companion(s) will be bound by and subject to Monarch Airlines Limited’s ‘Flight Terms and Conditions of Carriage’ which are available at www.monarch.co.uk.
  
  The winner and their companion(s) acknowledge that the right to compensation under regulation 261/2004 of the Montreal Convention or any other applicable law is strictly excluded to the extent legally permissible, irrespective of the cause in the event of any delay, and the winner and their companion(s) will not be entitled to compensation under any circumstance.
  
  The winner and their companion(s) must fully comply with any and all requests for further information from the Prize Providers and/or the Promoter within the time limits specified. The winner and their companion(s) must also comply with any instructions of the Prize Providers and/or the Promoter. Failure to comply with any requests for information, instructions or any of the terms and conditions contained herein may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
  
  The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.
  
  It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining any necessary visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Providers and/or Promoter.
  
  It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Providers of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
  
  It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the USA.
  
  The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
  
  Prize Provider: Monarch Airlines Limited, Prospect House, Prospect Way, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9NU and Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort, 1000 Universal Studios Plaza, Orlando, Florida 32819.
• A Car
  A Mini One 1.6 including first registration fee, road tax for the first year, no less than £30 of fuel and insurance for seven days (commencing on the day of delivery to the winner).
  
  The car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within 4 weeks of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
  
  Prize Provider: Marsh Wall Limited, t/a Berry Chiswick, 6 Shield Drive, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9EX.
• A Gadget Package including the following items:
  
  • 1 x Apple Macbook Air 13” screen;
  • 1 x Apple IPad Air 16GB Wifi; and
  • 1 x Apple IPhone 5S.
  This prize includes delivery to the winner's home address. The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant.
  
  Packaging may have been opened prior to delivery to the winner for filming purposes.

It states that they will try to call three times within a three hour period before moving onto another winner. Given that the comp closes at midday on the 6th, I imagine they'd draw a winner straight away - so everyone make sure your phones are on between 12 and 3 that day!

Does anyone know if you have to accept all parts of the prize? I'd be delighted with most of the prize but the holiday part really doesn't appeal. I've not entered a few similar comps in the past because of the holiday bit, but is it required to take it?

I'm not allowed to use a phone at work - this rule upsets me
