I've just received a ticket from these cowboys.
I originally got one on my windscreen back in January but saw the manager who told me he would see to it as I had been shopping in the store, even though I had spent a few minutes off site looking for a post box.
Guess what! They now want £100 from me
Shall I just ignore it or enter into correspondence with them?
I hate having to waste my time and would prefer to just let them take me to court, where maybe I can claim costs.
What do you think?

I think so. The manager kept the ticket to sort it out.
I think they worded it something like "not using the site as intended, I.e. For customers of Wickes only"
I can't be exact as I don't have the original.
Whatever happens though I do not intend to pay them a cent0 -

The most important thing is that you write as the Registered Keeper, make sure you do it in the third person.
By taking your case to POPLA it will cost them £27.00+VAT and an increase in their BPA Ltd. fees.0 -

I think he's got the NTK as he says he has got a letter now.
OP you will learn about how to appeal when you read the 'Private Parking ticket? NEWBIES please read this first!' sticky thread, second from top of this very forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
