M&S Direct Line voucher Offer

Hi - the pag on the FAQ section on the conf email for the Direct Line vouchers isn't working - I keep getting an undeliverable message - I took out two policies in oct and should be receiving £120.00 in vouchers - apparently these have been sent to me but as I haven't got them am assuming they have gone into junk- I've been trying to get in touch with someone to get the vouhcers re-emailed to me but to no avail - can someone please advise who can assist with this as it's getting very frustrating and the policies were taken out in good faith in anticipation of the vouchers
