I have just started comping, I'm on maternity leave so find some free time in the early hours (bizarre that, with a baby lol!) and I tend to enter things I would like or would make great gifts for friends and family. I am of the opinion that if I have no use for the prize, I will let others who will appreciate it have a better chance of winning.
I know you could always sell the prizes on, but its time consuming and has little excitement for me. I've not won anything yet as I have just starting doing it, but hopefully I will win something that I genuinely wanted
