home phone and BB down- anyone else, in Brighton?

Have Tesco BB- no dial tone, or ringing for past day or so. BB not connecting, neither..
have tried switching phones, checked sockets, reset router etc..
(AND a/c is paid up to date!)

ok, socket cover off, tried two phones in test port- still no dial tone, or ring in.
pucs removed now, not relevant.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
