I'm really getting into the Slow Cooker, Monday as planned I did a whole chicken in there, and ithe chicken just fell apart coming out. I was impressed about how much extra meat I got off it, and it was lovely!! Afterwards I threw extra water in the pot, and the bones and made stock (very domesticated!)
So today we had Chicken Jambalaya, and WOW! The chicken was lovely, but the stock made such an amazing difference!!
I had to share, I'm so proud that I did it, and I'm LOVING the Slow CookerWe spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240 -

Nope, it was well worth it
And the chicken tasted better and the clean up afterwards was easier
