bt infinity nightmare

Options
i ordered btinfinity on 1st of feb and was given an activation date of 14th of feb anyway our phone was off in the mornin so rung bt to find out whats going on only to be told there is a fault on the line and it would now be the 26th of feb. So no infinity and now no phone aswell ! if i here another indian voice say im very very sorry i will scream !. Thinking of cancelling the lot.
3.64KW system, aurora power one inverter, South west facing with no shading in Lancashire.

  • Also having issues with BT infinity and general customer service.

    I received several calls from BT trying to persuade me to switch to infinity. It worked out more expensive so I said no. Then was offered the same call package and option 2 infinity for the same price as my existing package which is about £39. So I took it. It turned out to be a lie as now I'm paying £53 total. To add to it they are routing me through leeds (I'm in Bristol) so my bandwidth is shocking. I barely get a meg. Took me an hour and a half to download drivers for my GFX card. Oh and forget Netflix or Iplayer.

    I'm Really !!!!!! off cos you can't get hold of anyone that give you any sense or has the ability to deal with your issue. Looks like I'll have to go to the ombudsmun... again.

    I find the generic e-mail or web form to be a bit of a 'shot in the dark' in terms of finding someone that can assist me with my issue.

    It's also the reason I felt the need to post here in the first place.
