Well come on hurry up :rotfl:

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    LOL, OK then :D

There is also this from AS Parking that could do with a mention.
Our revenue comes from the enforcement action we take on motorists who either fail to pay for their parking or park in breach of the site specific terms & conditions of use.
The full linkedin thread is on here and has been emailed too.

On another side note Mr Prankster, I seem to have upset a PPC when I mentioned I have took advice from someone who had been bitten by a radioactive spider. The response gave the distinct impression that they were not impressed. But they are still going for it, even though it is still a "Slam Dunk" win.

Interesting decision and even better if the DVLA finally wake up and smell the coffee.
    The DVLA are brain dead!
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.

It seems like the transcript did not cost £420 after all

The trouble is, will anyone be censured for it. Do judges at that level really take these things seriously once the case is over and done with?
As you've blogged before about the mysterious phone call, did Maloney ever inquire about the results of the police investigation? (Saw your follow up about PEs pathetic correction. Boy you really get under their skin. Tinfoil Toby the PE spy earns his money.)

They should, as this is surely either contempt of court, or fraud, or both. Is there a process for the defendant to go back to the court and question this invoice given that it appears not to be correct?
