I have been waiting for this case as I am currently helping a few preserve victims.
Well come on hurry up :rotfl:When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

LOL, OK then
There is also this from AS Parking that could do with a mention. Our revenue comes from the enforcement action we take on motorists who either fail to pay for their parking or park in breach of the site specific terms & conditions of use.
On another side note Mr Prankster, I seem to have upset a PPC when I mentioned I have took advice from someone who had been bitten by a radioactive spider. The response gave the distinct impression that they were not impressed. But they are still going for it, even though it is still a "Slam Dunk" win. We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. The trouble is, will anyone be censured for it. Do judges at that level really take these things seriously once the case is over and done with?
As you've blogged before about the mysterious phone call, did Maloney ever inquire about the results of the police investigation? (Saw your follow up about PEs pathetic correction. Boy you really get under their skin. Tinfoil Toby the PE spy earns his money.)0 -
