I like one called Flexitol. It's for seriously dry hands. I find if your hands are in water a lot you need something with an ointmenty feel, not a creamy feel, as that tends to repel water.
Hemp hand cream makes my skin itch. I wish I knew what ingredient causes it.0 -

Gently massage your hands with lukewarm oil and then clean it with some towel and make sure to wipe out all the greasiness completely. Now take 3 Tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and mix it with One tablespoon of ammonia. Now apply this mixture on your hands and fingers with the help of cotton ball and keep it on your hands for 3 minutes. Wash your hands with fresh water and get it dried.
You need to repeat the same method next day and continue for the whole week.
Hydrogen peroxide is a bleaching agent and I certainly would not recommend this.
I personally prefer neutrogena concentrated hand cream as this is the one I found most effective, Followed by lotil and then probably flexitol. I work with my hands in water a lot of the time and I can't wear gloves. I have tried most hand creams on the market.
I have found that no amount of creams or oils will help my nails as the constant use of water dries them out. I wear a strengthening clear nail polish to protect them from the water. If you can wear gloves wear them, they will protect your nails and hands.0 -
I love the Aveeno hand cream. It's the only one I've found so far that doesn't make my hands feel all greasy after applying it. It's supposed to last through handwashing too!0

I swear by Shea Butter it is fantastic on my hands. I buy it on line from the cheapest supplier. I used it on my Granddaughters when they were babies.Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.0

I too use Aveeno - and love it! I find it sinks into the hands much quicker than other creams I've tried (and I've tried many).0 -

I love Lemony Flutter Cuticle butter, which is a super-rich, thick cream containing a lot of shea butter. It's fantastic for my hands in winter, also works on heels and elbows, and even smooths hair ends!Cogito, ergo sum.0 -
