I'm planning on sending flowers as I won't be there for Mother's Day but has anyone got any recommendations based on price and quality?0

if I ask her what she would like, ill get, "oh don't waste your money, I don't need anything" and ill say "then have something you want" birthday xmas its the same.:rotfl:
so Ive not asked and im thinking of the gravity video, or something along the lines of newton's cradle, but she has that and is fascinated with it.
now when we where kids she had this (toy/desk orniment) like a roadrunner type bird that rocked back and forth and every so often would dip right down as though having a drink.
if anyone knows what I mean, what its actually called, or where I could get one id much appreciate it.

Was reading this thread the other day looking for erm... inexpensive
ideas for Mum.
Have just got a great mirror, magnet & keyring all personalised with pic of her doggy - she's going to love them & I'm not worrying about bank manager calling round!
Got these all from studiocrafts.net - loads of great ideas on there for future too!
Already trying to be more organised this year - just hope I remember all the great stuff I've seen for other pressies!0 -

My dd's are young and always want to get me a pressie, I give them £5 in home bargains to choose things, from last year the mirror they got me is in dd1 make up tub and the headband is on dd2 currently has my head band on!
They did also do afternoon tea for the mums in our family as my sisters boys never get her anything and obviously grandma is invited. My SIL was away last year so couldn't come. We made cream horns, cakes etc. It was really nice.Don’t put it down - put it away!

just found on e-bay £7.98 free p&p, ordered and will have it by Saturday.
how is amazon still in business 7-21 days delivery for stock items, how long if not in stock?
thanks for finding it springdreams.:T0 -
