Air wick - e-mail address

Apologies if this is in the wrong section but does anybody know where I can find an e-mail address for Air Wick customer services? I have sent them a couple of messages requesting this on their 'contact us' page without reply, but I need to send an e-mail to them with attachments.

Thanks in advance

Can't help with an email address, but maybe try posting on their Facebook page if the contact form isn't getting a response.
  • Thank you - hadn't thought of that, will message them on there later today if I do not receive a response.
  • Right, I have e-mailed via their website and via their Facebook page but have not even had an acknowledgements. The reason I need to get in touch with Air Wick is that I have a serious safety concern with one of their products.

I wanted to give Air Wick the chance to recall the product concerned, but as I have had no reply, does anybody have any idea what the best next step to follow is? The reason I ask is that I need to raise awareness to people about the product because of a serious safety concern that I have.

I've had the same trouble with them. Used their on-lne messaging system , got an auto-acknowledgement and then nothing.
  • Thanks for the replies.

I have e-mailed them again this morning to advise them that I will be notifying the major stores that they supply in of my issues. I will also take the matter up with trading standards.

    Thanks again

    What is the problem?
They sell millions of them, seems odd that you are the only one with a problem, unless it is a one off.

The candle I bought overheated causing the glass casing to shatter which - subsequently - caused wax to spill across the ledge it was on and, of course, ignite.

The flames literally missed my curtains by inches - how a genuine disaster was avoided I will never know.

So yes, you are right it might seem odd. But given the potential severity of the situation, I think the company has a responsibility to double check the same line of product because somebody else might not be quite as lucky as I was.

Never use candles anywhere near curtains or any other flammable items. Also never ever leave a lighted candle unattended.

I'm sure it says that on the packaging ;)

    Oh, yes, it does
Warning: Please read the safety and precautionary text carefully before use. Keep for future reference. Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard, personal injury or broken glass.....

Never leave a burning candle unattended, near flammable material or for more than 4 hours.
Always leave at least 20cm between burning candles.
Place on a flat, heat resistant surface, away from draughts.
Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
Store candle in an upright position.
Do not use on hot surfaces e.g. T.V.
Keep wick trimmed to 1 cm to avoid excessive smoking.
Do not move or tip while lit or before liquid hardens.
Do not allow the flame touch the side of the glass holder
Stop when less than 1 cm of product remains and never allow the candle to burn all the way down.
Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear
