Recommended maternity pillow for sleeping

I used (and still use) a simple long bolster pillow. Not a maternity specific one. It could be bent into a v when I wanted to use it to sit up, it was good for sleeping as it was long enough to support my bump and go between my knees and now it's wide enough that when we're having a tv session we can all share the same pillow (which for some reason the kids love). Plus it was considerably cheaper than any of the specific maternity ones.0

+1 for more ordinary pillows!
Mattress topper also a good idea.
Bonuses include not just moneysaving, but more adjustable for comfort, & greater life-after-pregancy.
All kudos for you wanting to help Herself (& baggage on board) sleep more comfortably!0 -
I also used a normal bolster pillow, I think mine was from Argos. It worked great as I could bend it into whatever shape I wanted.Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines
