They can specify no children. These ones haven't but I also didn't tell them there will be a child within the 6 month letting frame.0 -

It isn't a *baby* who runs around screaming, drawing on the wallpaper & playing football on the stairs.
That would be the next stage - the toddler.
Babies are pretty good tenants if fed & cleaned regularly. (Just they keep irregular hours - like a flexi shift worker.)0 -
