Your first question confuses me somewhat! Sounds to me like you need to do a LOT of research before committing. I could write a book addressing what appear to be asking and every answer would lead to five more questions!
  • thanks moblile junkie.

Im getting totally confused with the whole site really. For example there is a contract from orange canary30 but is 10 months half price making the totl cost per month only 17.50, but will i have to claim cashback for this?
  • right now i have found its sending off bills, which is ok but does this usually work?

and insurance is there any better policies out there?

It's a huge topic really with lots of things to consider. I have sent you a private message. Basically, don't jump until you understand a particular offer/source etc. - too many people buy and worry about the detail much later!

I found this in their cashbacks T&Cs - you might want to consider this.

    "Administration charges

Due to the number of early claims, duplicate claims, incomplete claims and multiple claims, we will charge you £10 for each case encountered.

We do not accept more than one claim per envelope. We are looking for one correct claim per envelope and we shred all further paperwork. You risk losing your claim altogether if you adopt this practice and the excess paperwork is shredded." - Woah what fab customer service.

    Buyer beware.

I dont have experience of their new "price match terms", which is where slubberd got that quote from, so I cant comment on those. But the normal deals on their website (i.e. the ones which arent labelled PRICE MATCH) are very good. They have been nothing but top notch in sorting out claims and I have got every penny back so far.

If it helps I've called them four times so far and they've been excellent every time - really helpful staff on the end of the phone and one of them I'm sure was on something, she was very cheerful!

Not sure about the cashback success yet but I haven't heard anything bad about them yet.

We got a contract from them two weeks ago - £35/month on Orange with an LG chocolate phone and £420 cashback over a 12 month contract, meaning the phone & contract is completely free providing you don't go over the 300 mins and 250 (?) texts!

Remember to go through Quidco if using e2save though, the cashback from them turned our free contract into a profit of £36.50! (There's also a recommend a friend thing of £20 which I'm happy to split with anyone ;))

I think people will listen much more to the ones on here who have BOUGHT from you rather than those who are trying to SELL to US, don't you? A decent company would in fact accept criticism and use it contstructively to improve, just as it should accept positive feedback when it is due. I give both - but there's a lot of rubbish on here right now from the representaives rather than the customers! I leave it to the people who want real experience and unbiased knowledge to decide. At least you are telling people that you work for them; but you'd have to because I think we could figure THAT out in no time anyway!
