I prefer cotton wool as I find muslin cloths a bit faffy, will cotton wool have the same effect or are the muslin cloths just there to get you buying them.

I think the cloths exfoliate your skin, which cotton wool wouldn't. If cotton wool works for you, don't stop!!!0

I use c&p regularly and I don't think cotton wool would work, if you don't want to buy the cloths then try a normal face cloth / flannel as I think you need the warm wate to" melt the cleanser and I don't cotton wool alone would feel clean , as the cleansers very rich.
But like the above said just trying and see how you go . the cloths last ages , esp if you wash them regularlyGrocery Challenge Feb 14 £500 / Spent £572.10!

You'd go through a lot of cotton wool I think, I have tons of the muslin cloths, I seem to inherit them from my mum, and they feel so much nicer than dry cotton wool, the warm cloth is exfoliating and better at cleaning your face I think. Wakes me up well too0
