Back again! I've been to the farm shop for some veggies & eggs and spent another £3.51. Need to add to signature.

Not doing too bad this month as now half way through the month and less than halfway through the money!

Just trotted to A1di and back for milk for DS1 (4pts, 95p) and a bag of baby potatoes (750g, 69p - not needed until tomorrow, but picking them up today saves me having to go back).

So £1.64 to be added to my signature.

I have been given a weekly supply of carrots until summer, and have run out of interesting ways to use them. Does anyone have any ideas or can point me towards a website that features them? They are from a market gardener so are very fresh, but are the ones that don't look good enough to sell, ie split, too large or too small. I really don't want them to go to waste.
    Thanks

you could look at http://allrecipes.com/recipes/fruits-and-vegetables/vegetables/carrots/ as I think they have about 200 recipes on there for carrots :rotfl:
