Three 4G speeds and 'All you can eat' Claims

I had the same PAYG plan for a while, and my girlfriend was on the One Plan, I had exactly the same issue as you, before 3 and after midnight our speeds were practically identical side-by-side, but between those hours I'd drop to under 1mbps download. I occasionally tethered it, but it became unusable for streaming music/video throughout the day.
Anyway, if you've been on the PAYG offer for over a year, why not get a 12 month sim-only One Plan deal? It will allow you to tether and since you're in a 4G area you will get great speeds all day.
I get decent enough 3G speeds on Three that I don't even have home broadband, I just tether my phone (I'm now also on One Plan). I can't wait for the day 4G arrives at my home, it's slowly spreading throughout my city!0 -
Thanks everyone for your replies. I'll go on a contract for 12 months when this addon expires. It's £5 extra a month but it will be worth it for 4G speeds all day!0

My 30 day sim only plan on three allows tethering, however I've had it a while, they may well have changed allowances for new customers.0

@pmduk, I've had it for over a year, and even if they have changed it for new customers, it wouldn't affect me.0
