Newcall Tel MyAccount site shut for how long

Read posts on how poor Primus Savers service is and decided I should switch. I have not made any progress because NewCalls 'My Account' web page is closed for Planned Maintenance. To my knowledge this is the 3rd day.
1.How long is it acceptable for such a site to be unavailable?
2. As I am unable to check my latest monthly invoice; (I have been charged excess usage in the past which I was dubious about.) should I cancel my direct debit now in order to be in control?
