Late weekly e-mail - again

Please don't give very short time limited offers when you know the e-mail is not going to reach people in time.
Today received e-mail, timed at 10.11 am. Saw 25% off George kidswear - went to website - available if you shop before 7 am on Thursday 20th!!!
If the weekly e-mail is going out continuously there must be a large number of people receiving it on Thursday morning up to this time.

An email of this size even though being sent by email distribution software would take hours to be delivered from the moment it was sent. For example if it is sent at 1pm on a Wednesday some will get it straight away, others will get it hours upon hours later not much can be done about it0

I'm not complaining about the time the e-mail takes to come, simply the inclusion of very short time limited offers which will obviously not reach everyone in time.0

Ipso facto.
Why should they be excluded because they don't reach everybody in time?
