  • I received an email from the landlord wrongly saying that because the letter is dated 17 February 2014 that means he gave me more than 24 hours : he is lying and I now consider this matter as an harassment.

Landlord equally lied saying there are mouse in the property (I have seen none) and that was reported by other tenants.

If the other tenants havent reported mice ,why would the landlord be paying pest control .

Surely its in your interest to get this sorted.
If I was your landlord I would be looking you out

Gosh I wish the management company for my rented flat would do pest control on the whole building. I asked them to do so but they simply sent someone out to do proofing on mine, result no more mice for, ooh, at least a week. They said the mice must be living under the building, and that it was impossible to get rid ...

I live upstairs too. Mice still climb up the walls to get in. They are filthy creatures.

I would offer to rent you a cat, but - to be honest - she brings the damn things in in the first place.
