wizz air payment issue

[FONT=&quot]Hi,

I tried to add a hold baggage to my booking the day before my flight last week. Unfortunately, their website wouldn't accept my payment due to an error. The error that I was getting was 5066:NotPaidInFull . I tried different cards, different browsers and different computers. I was left with no choice but to call the call centre and pay extra for adding a hold baggage with the additional cost of calling their call centre.

What can I do about this? I have already complained about this to wizzair, however they refuse to accept responsibility. What are my remaining options?

    Options as far as what? You've already added the bag over the phone so nothing you can do about it now.
  • options in terms of complaining. i had to add the bag at a higher cost than if i had been able to add it on the website.... due to an error on their website.
