TMTI Cancellation

Just bought a new phone form Buymobiles and in their small print it appears that they put you in for Gadget Insurance 30 day trial without your knowlegde.
After 30 days they instruct your bank through TMTI to take out X amount in my case £23 unless you cancel it, now they are supposed to send an email telling you the 30 days are up. Never received it I have asked both parties for my monies back and told I am not allowed it because I did not cancel it.
I have informed my bank that this was an unauthorised transaction but I am not sure what can be done other than to warn others to read ALL the small print when you buy a new phone.:(

Just go back to the website, add something to your basket and then check the basket. The print isn't that small.
