Vodafone problem

Hello everyone, a newbie here. I have been looking over old Vodafone threads for help - can anyone contact Lee at Vodafone? I am having trouble getting any help from Vodafone - they are not returning phone calls or answering letters sent by signed for delivery and no-one at customer services seems able to do anything. All they have done is set debt collectors onto me - even though they have written to me saying they will write off the outstanding amount owing on a contract (which was mistakenly cancelled) and I have replied accepting their offer. But they will not instruct the debt collectors to stop their action despite this agreement. Short of going to their offices in person with their letter and my reply in my hand I just don't know what to do.


Any advice gratefully received.
