I rencetly brought a phone of them which was meant to be Brand New phone just like any other phone, turns out to be a used phone.

Charger full of scratches, the ribbon fastener was cut off.

Battery is completely worn out. I charged it up within hours the bars constantly fell low - this is not normal as by phone has high standby/talk time.

The data cable full of scratch marks.

The phone - been used. It didnt even ask for date/time on start up - this is always asked when first using a phone.

Add to that, they lied their customer services, said to me they use Business Post when they actually use RM Special Delivery. They insisted they dont use RM anymore, then lied about sending emails about my order confirmation. Again never happened.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Aviod at all costs.

Oh and they are indian/pakistani business retailer so they says it all. They are known to be dodgey sellers.

No, it was not.

I am indian myself. I know these type of people well.

They may be cheap, but cheap is not always best. Thats something that I have learnt now.

They are very dodgey business.
