Unfortunately you are in a difficult situation here. If you don't cancel then buyer may well just open an SNAD claim anyway, and if you do you have lost your BIN listing cost.
Whatever you do I would block the buyer immediately, I actually had someone who did this to me, I cancelled it all and they immediately bought it again....now I block them before I do anything else.
