The ICE for the enclosure cost a minimum of £18,000. Ice isn't cheap.

Each cubic metre of ice weighs 917kg.
I figured the blocks were of standard size I.e. 100cm x 50cm x 25cm
Each side seems to be 4.8 blocks long and 4 blocks high
The ends are 3 blocks wide by 4 blocks high but you need to subtract the width of the walls as the ends are dovetailed
I figured the roof blocks were half thickness and there was no floor
My total came out around 6150 kgs including the car. God knows if that is anywhere near or if I have overloaded my mind for nothing

Not sure where you got this figure from but could have been closer I wanted to round it up to 11100 although seems like I was 1 120kg block off.

Winner and correct weight have been announced on the skoda Facebook page. I was way off my guess was 13,034
