Not quite. Send an email making a formal complaint (which they will completely ignore), wait exactly 8 weeks and then complain to CISAS. The email address is complaints@everythingeverywhere.co.uk - don't except as much as an acknowledgement and make sure your subsequent complaint to CISAS includes a reasonable amount of compensation along with the rest of the claim.0

That's interesting to know that EE now accept complaints via email. I use to be with T-Mobile and they told me they only receive complaints in writing. This company is so disjointed, glad I am no longer a customer with themTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0 -
Orange is worse and they have both changed a lot in recent years. I believe it was CISAS who told me tocomplain using that email address prior to my first CISAS complaint. I have since done it twice and secured all my demands both times via CISAS - having had the company ignore both totally. Presumably (like a lot of companies nowadys) they work on the assumption that customers don't matter since there are always new ones, comptetitors are just as bad and few people will do anything about it (or know how to).0

I have had dealing recently with T-Mobile and the CISAS. Like you my complaint was ignored. I progressed to the CISAS and received compensation. The company lied and said they sent me a response. I have another issue with T-Mobile, again raised it through the normal customer service channels, and noithing. now sent them a recorded delivery complaint. I am sure they will ignore the complaint, and I will be back with the CISAS.
I think, since orange and T-Mobile joined to form EE, both companies have gone down hill in my books regarding there treatment to existing customers.
sorry to the original person for high jacking the thread.Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0 -
They have. I found Orange used to be one of the better networks - now they compete to be the worst. They didn't lie on mine; they simply ignored and then accepted everything when it went to CISAS (on both occasions). It seems to be the way to go; complain, wait 8 weeks then go to CISAS. You just need to have copies of everything to supply to CISAS (though I have found a flaw in their system; when you upload them on the complaint form they don't arrive, so you have to re-send them afterwards once CISAS reply.).0

ok, I have learnt also, as T-Mobile only accepts hard postal letters, I always send by recorded delivery. at £1.10 if gives you peace of mind that T-Mobile cant turn around and say they did not receive your complaint. My observations also, is, I find communication companies very difficult to communicate with. I am so pleased to learn you won both cases. Like you, T-Mobile did not contest my case alsoTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0
