Has anyone any experience with a company called Time Talk?
My Dad who is 82 was with Talk Talk, sometime last year he had attempted to get onto Talk Talk website and ended up being diverted to Time Talk, I feel he was duped into agreeing a contract with them, the agreement was approx £19.00 a month, however he has being paying anything up £45 a month.
He has attempted to contact them on a number of occasions, and they have said that it was with their contracts dept and they would call back, to date they still haven't.
He receives his bill via an Email with a link, this link doesn't work, I have tried it a few times now.
I have made numerous calls to them, and been passed round from dept to dept without a resolution to anything, rightly or wrongly we cancelled the contract and are in the process of transferring to Sky.
I have wrote 2 letters of complaint following their complaint procedure, to date we have only received an automated response.
My Dad did manage to speak to someone last week who actually told him that they had mis sold the contract to him. I have tried to obtain the MAC code from them for the past 2 weeks, they have now sent a letter to my Dad demanding £200+ cancellation fee and £40 for late payment. They have finally told me today that the reason he cant have the MAC code is there is money outstanding on the account!
I really don't know where to go with this, in the mean time he has no internet access, he is registered disabled so the internet has been of help with Emails and banking etc.
Can anyone give any guidance please?
Thanks

Thanks to both of you for your responses, after reading the link from Kwikbreaks it must be because the services are in the middle of being changed, however due to the way my Dad has been treated I will pursue them via CISAS and OFCOM and Watchdog and anything else I can think of!
Thanks again0
