perfectvisions.co.uk are selling Samsung UE40F5500 LED HD 1080p Smart TV, 40″ with Freeview HD for £349 and is the cheapest I have come across online. Never heard of them before. Anyone dealt with them as the website and their address is not very convincing.

Well, my first thought was that they were ok. Phone number and address match up, but then I checked nominet.
http://www.nominet.org.uk/whois/lookup?query=perfectvisions.co.uk
They mat be legitimate but...
1. Only registered in September 2013.
2. Registered as an individual, not a business (which is against nominet rules)
3. Have changed address since they set up
4. The website blog has two entries - one in September, which is just a standard wordpress entry, and a second one in January, about a particular TV.
They might be perfectly legit, but if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
Very dodgy.
The ltd Co. stated does not exist.
The do not list a unit number on the address, ad they are not registered as being on that estate by the owners:
http://www.mackleyindustrialestate.co.uk/business-directory-2/
The phone number has been used for previous scams:

All in all a pretty poor effort.

Don't touch them with a barge pole.0

I just found this MSE thread when searching for perfectvisions.co.uk reviews as I have found a Sony TV that I'm interested in that is £50 cheaper than Amazon/JL/RS and PerfectVision advertise free delivery and free 5 year guarantee. Sounds too good to be true.
I'll stay away and shop with a well known reputable company.0 -
something not quite right beware
i enquired about a samsung un48h8000 curved tv and they said they would get back with a price , as promised they did and knocked me 100 pound off the price without me asking and said it would be delivered within 3 days ... i agreed and wanted to go ahead with my credit card , this is when it gets iffy ....
they said that they prefered a bank draft transfer over a credit card , i said that i preferred to pay by card so i get some security , i was then told the guy who takes credit card payments wasnt available and he would get him to call me back so i said ok and thats were the conversation ended , its now over 4 days and i have heard nothing , i have since found out there are none of these TVs available through any of the uk suppliers as they are not due in the country till mid april/may at the earliest , i also googled mapped there premises and it is on industrial estate and not the sort you would find a tv suppliers , the google maps went only as far as the entrance to the ind estates hoarding signs with the names of companys , i couldnt find there names on any of the signs , , i have only found 1 review on here and this will be the second , were as all the other tv suppliers i have looked at have many reviews , i think this company is one that seems to good to be true as the saying goes and if you are considering buying from them i urge you to do some research and im sure it will make you think twice about buying from them .... if im wrong i apolagies but i wont be buying that is a fact ... richer sounds is havin my hard earnt money and they offer a 5 years gaurantee too ...0 -
Tried to buy a tv off this company. Website looked very genuine. When my card didn't go through, they wanted me to make a bank transfer and paypal option had been disabled. I checked the premises advertised on the website in Henfield, West Sussex where they said they were based, saw it was on an Industrial Estate. Contacted the Industrial Estate Landlord who said there was no such company & told me several other people had also queried it. They had reported to Trading Standards who when they tried to contact them about visiting their so called premises became very cagey! Do not pay them any money!!!! Police are aware!0

A very professional-looking website. What a pity someone with such skills resorts to scamming (as above reports appear to indicate).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

To all the people who have posted on this Perfectvisions are scammers. I just wish I had looked at this site first. At the moment I am trying to get the money back through Trading standards, I have collated roughly 10 people who were scammed roughly to the tune of £10000 pounds in goods that were not supplied. The site has now been taken down mainly due to the actions taken by a few people. IF ANYONE ASKS FOR A BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT INSTEAD OF A CREDIT CARD DO NOT DO IT - THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD CAPABILITY BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS NOT REGISTERED.
PERSONALLY I HAVE LOST £981 TO THESE SCAMMERS - ALWAYS CHECK ON THIS SITE FIRST AND ON TRUST PILOT TO SEE IF THE COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE.
Here is a Link to the trust pilot review for other people who may have been scammed.
