This site is also a popular one worth checking in case someone had already reported:

On the way home today, my wife said there was another one with two blown-out tyres, pregnant woman.
One of the neighbours said they had had at least four now in that spot.0 -
So for the zillionth time, has anybody reported the pothole?
Yes here:

and also to the council, ref MG005686440 -
Just had a look at the road on Google.
Road in question is a rural road so only probably subject to 6 month or annual inspection.
So, whether any persons will get compensation will largely depend on- When last inspection of road took place in relation to claim i.e. before or after
- Whether pothole existed at time of last inspection
- Whether pothole was identified during last inspection, if present
- Whether any repairs were carried out
- Whether local council knew of defect's existence

You are not necessarily wrong to drive there.
ABsolutely , but the white line is an 'edge line' [as required by EU law]....so any departure to the left of the edge line should be conducted 'with care'.
This, regardless of how 'narrow' the road [carriageway] is.
A 'competent, careful' driver would slow down in such an instance, to 'ease' their vehicle over any unevenness of ground.....
I cannot understand why tyre blowouts occur in such circumstances....unless there is a blind expectation on the part of drivers that, 'everybody else' should be taking 'care' of them? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
One of the neighbours said they had had at least four now in that spot.
Then there is something seriously wrong with how the neighbour is driving?
Or, with their choice of motor transport?
Or, how their motor transport is equipped? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
