What to do with leftover haggis?

I recently acquired a very RTC haggis, mostly out of curiosity as I've never tried it before.
Having tried some, I find I quite like the taste but am less sure about the texture, which is a bit 'gloopy' for my liking (with apologies to all Scots for criticising your national dish!
).
I now have three quarters of a haggis left, and I'm not at all sure what to do with it - has anyone got any bright ideas, please?

I love haggis but I get bored of the traditional ways of serving it so today I have done one of the dishes Mr Zaxdog just loves in the winter:
Chop up the haggis and chuck in the slow cooker
Add diced onions, passata, herbs, garlic, stock and chili powder
Cook on low for most of the day
Makes a great chili with rice or ragu with pasta :j1 -
They did a feature on radio 2 about making haggis nachos, I wanted to try this but couldn't find any Haggis!
Some 'alternative' ideas here too, not tried but they look yummy!

Use it like mince meat, haggis pie and pasties can be gorgeous
Personally I love it with a little relish, even cold the next day!0 -
Ah yes, haggis and bacon pie is delish!0

Quite conveniently, I have a pack of bacon in the fridge, and a pack of RTC pastry in the freezer - haggis and bacon pie it is, then!
Thanks very much, all. :T:TBack after a very long break!0 -
Scotch pies immediately spring to mind.If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

I'm confused that it was gloopy? Should be crumbly....
Anyway, its lovely in yorkshire puddings with a bit of cranberry sauce *yum* I'm having haggis tomorrow, may try some of these ideas (or just scoff the lot!):AStarting again on my own this time!! - Defective flylady! :A1 -

That's interesting - mine is definitely sticky / gloopy, holding together in neat spoonfuls when dished up. Having never tried it before I didn't know it was supposed to be crumbly - I'll have to try another make and see if I can find a crumblier one that's more to my taste.Back after a very long break!0
