Best Place For Stainless Steel Towel Radiator

Looking for one around 500 x 1200mm. I appreciate they're not cheap but I'd like to find one that offers good value for money.

I'm looking at something like this.

Can anyone suggest anywhere else I could look?

Thanks

    I know. :(

Screwfix was my first port of call. Seems they have one stainless steel discontinued that was a good price. There's one smaller and more expensive on there.
  • they have a few 500 x 1100 if you don't mind it being slightly shorter

  • Was looking at this since we have one of these & was thinking of changing.

Can't help but feel the OP is asking specifically for stainless steel, yet has been linked to chrome plated? Am i missing something?

Hi yes, I do want stainless steel. Been put off chrome because they all seem to rust.

Trade radiators - we have done 50+ with no issues on there own brand

Costco also sell a MHS oval for around £220

Reina Luna are the market leaders but expect a 260+ for a 1200x600

I've bought a couple of reina radiators from these guys in the past. Customer service is good and the rads have free valves at the moment.

I had one faulty reina radiator last year (paint bubbling) and they sent a new one out quickly with no quibbles.

When getting quotes to have our bathroom done up, two seperate fitters said it would be best to avoid chrome. Something to do with heat transmission. I thought it odd that they both said that, without any prompting from me. We went for a white one eventually. Works fine.
  • I noticed when I was looking at towel radiators that white and chrome radiators have different heat outputs, white being better. However stainless steel puts out more heat than a similar sized chrome rad from what I remember.

Don't underestimate the heat output or your bathroom will be too cold. I think that it's better to go OTT with size than have a radiator that cannot heat the room sufficiently. I would allow a big margin for error.
